Identifying your birth values
Deciding to create a new being, and a new family is a very crucial decision we all make at some point in our lives. There are many areas of research we need to do so we can decide what feels right. It is not an easy decision and it should not be taken lightly ever. So identifying our core values s around pregnancy and birth and beyond takes a long time, maybe even years I would say. It comes from generations of either positive or negative outcomes. These the negatives outweigh the positives unfortunately for most of us. Digging deep and understanding and knowing what we want for ourselves and our newborn is the most important thing we will do in our entire life. Believe it or not, how we birth our babies sets the stage for their entire lifetime and generations beyond.
